Privacy Policy
Effective: October 26, 2026
1Who we are
Appliance Installation USA LLC ("Appliance Installation USA", "we", "us") installs home appliances, including gas, electrical and water connections, for national retail programs in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We do not sell appliances and we do not take installation bookings from the public: when you buy an appliance with installation from one of our national retail partners, that retailer arranges the installation and we carry it out.
Contact: info@aiusainstalls.com, 844-993-9900, 69 Bevy Court, Brooklyn, NY 11229.
2What this policy covers
This policy covers (a) customers whose installation we are carrying out, (b) people who write to us or apply to work with us through this website, and (c) people who call or text us. It does not cover a retail partner's own website, store or order system; their privacy policies apply there.
3Our role for customers of our retail partners
When you buy an appliance installation through a retail partner, the retailer shares your order with us so that we can do the work. We use that information for that order and on the retailer's behalf. The retailer remains responsible for the order record and for what it told you when you bought. If you want to ask about the retailer's order record, contact the retailer; if you ask us, we will answer what we hold and tell you where else to ask.
4Information we collect
Information from our retail partner about your order: your name, address, phone number and email address; the appliance or appliances, the order and job numbers, the installation date and time window, and notes about your home that the order carries.
Information you give us: what you tell us on a call; replies to our texts and emails, including a 1 to 5 reply to a satisfaction question; photos you send of the area or hookups (for example a gas shut-off valve) so the crew arrives with the right parts; and anything you tell our crew or office.
Information about the job: the crew assigned, arrival times, whether the work was completed, any problem found, and any field-added work that was discussed or done.
Calls and messages: the time, number, content and outcome of texts, emails and calls; for a call answered or placed by our automated assistant, a recording and a transcript, and a short summary we keep with the job.
Information from our website: if you use a form we receive what you type into it (see section 9). Our site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Information from people who apply to work with us: what the application form asks (section 9).
5How we use it
We use it to schedule and confirm your installation; to tell you when we are coming and to answer your questions; to carry out and document the work; to follow up on whether the installation went well and to fix a problem; to prepare safely (for example gas connections); to keep records our retail partners and the law require; to protect against fraud and misuse; to train and check the quality of our staff and our automated assistant; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your information to market to you, and we do not sell it.
6Who receives it
- Our retail partner: the status of your order, when it was done, and how it went.
- Service providers that work for us under instructions and agreements: for example telephone and text delivery, an automated voice assistant, email delivery, cloud hosting for our scheduling system, and office email and file storage. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Our crew and office staff, who see what they need for your appointment.
- Authorities, insurers and advisers when the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A buyer, if we are sold or reorganized; the same rules would follow your information.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7Texts and calls
We text and call you about your installation only. The Text Message Terms (aiusainstalls.com/sms-terms/) explain how our texts work and how to stop them; the page How We Contact You (aiusainstalls.com/how-we-contact-you/) explains how you came to be contacted. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can tell us not to call by saying so on a call or contacting the office; we act on it promptly.
Some calls are answered or placed by an automated assistant. It tells you it is automated if you ask, and a person can take over. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, for quality, safety and our records. We tell you at the start of a call that it may be recorded.
8How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, to meet our agreements with our retail partners, and to meet legal requirements and deal with legal claims. In general we keep it for up to the following periods, and then delete it or remove what identifies you:
- Order and job records, including messages, emails, call summaries, satisfaction replies and photos: up to 7 years after the installation.
- Call recordings and transcripts: up to 7 years after the call.
- Messages sent through this website, and applications to work with us: up to 3 years.
We may delete information sooner.
9This website
If you use the contact form we receive the information you type (name, company if you give one, email, phone if you give one, the topic and your message). If you apply to work with us we receive the information the form asks for: your name, phone and email; years of installing and how you work; languages; the appliances and tasks you can do; whether you hold a driver's licence and have a van and tools; licences or certifications; and any notes or references you write. A form-delivery service carries what you submit to our office mailbox. We use it to answer you or to consider your application. Please do not put sensitive information (for example a government identification number) in a form or a note.
Our pages load their typefaces from a third-party font service, so your browser connects to that service when the page loads and it sees your IP address. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tags on this site.
10Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards: access limited to people who need the information, sign-in controls on our systems, and encryption of data in transit with our service providers. No system is completely secure. If we learn of a breach that affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
11Your choices and rights
Whatever state you live in, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose; to stop texts or calls; and you may appeal if we decline. Write to info@aiusainstalls.com or call 844-993-9900. We may need to confirm who you are first, and to refer you to the retail partner for the order record it owns. We reply within 45 days. We will not treat you worse for asking.
12Children
Our services are for adults who buy appliances. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
13Changes
We will post any change here with a new effective date. If a change matters to how we use texts or calls, we will tell you.
