How We Contact You
Appliance Installation USA installs appliances that you buy with installation from one of our national retail partners. This page explains how we have your phone number and email address, and what we send you.
1How you came to be contacted
- You buy an appliance with installation from our retail partner, in a store, online or by phone.
- To arrange the installation, you give the retailer your name, address, phone number and email address.
- The retailer sends your order to us so that we can schedule and carry out the installation.
- We contact you about that installation: by phone, by text and by email.
- Our first text to you says who we are and how to stop. Every later text is about the same installation.
2What we send
Examples of our messages (the words vary by appliance and by order):
- "Appliance Installation USA: your [appliance] installation is set for [day, date], arrival window [window]. We will confirm the day before. Questions? Call 844-993-9900. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Appliance Installation USA: reminder, your [appliance] installation is tomorrow, [window]. The crew can arrive an hour earlier or later than the window. Please reply YES to confirm, or call 844-993-9900 to change it."
- "Appliance Installation USA: our crew is on the way and should arrive around [time]."
- "Appliance Installation USA: thank you for having us today. How did your installation go, from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent)? Reply with a number. If anything is not right, reply here or call 844-993-9900 and someone from our office will call you today."
We do not send advertising, and we do not use your number for anything other than your installation.
3If you contacted us first
If you call or text us, we answer you. By contacting us you agree to our replies.
4Stopping
